The name combines Dar — Kurdish for tree — with Oak, a symbol of strength, stability, and longevity. Together, Daroak represents strong roots, natural growth, and dependable service.
We operate from a structured central kitchen facility in Erbil designed for high-volume output, multi-cuisine capability, and dedicated bakery production — with capacity to scale into thousands of meals daily.
